Check to see if date is less than 6 months?

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out now to check expiry dates in column H to check if they are less than 6 months from the data of processing. So if I did it today 5/May/23 and the expiry is 6/Nov/23 then I would like it to highlight the expiry date in column H.
Not sure what formula I need got conditional formatting?

Hi Fluff, I have this hightlight column E, but if the cell is blank is hightlights all cells Red instead of anything less than 6 months, anyway to fix this?
