Is there an easier way to format the link cell when using a check box in the forms toolbox. I have been...

Right clicking...Format Control...Control...Cell Link

The problem is that I have hundreds of boxes and this is a pain.

Thank you!

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
If there is a logic to it, you could create a macro:

Sub Macro1()
Dim counter As Integer
counter = 1
Do Until counter = 100
ActiveSheet.Shapes("Check Box " & counter).Select
With Selection
.LinkedCell = "$B$" & counter
End With
counter = counter + 1
Loop
End Sub

This will link Check Box 1 to cell B1, Box 2 to B2, etc.
