Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying

This code will toggle them all checked or all unchecked.

Code:
Private Sub CheckBox1_Change()
Dim c As Control
For Each c In UserForm1.Controls
    If TypeName(c) = "CheckBox" Then
        c.Value = CheckBox1.Value
    End If
Next
End Sub
