Checking matrix for error value

Is it possible to have a formula in one single cell that checks a matrix to see if it contains any error value?

Example
= if(iserror(A1:c10);1;0)

so if cell B1 contains div/0 the formula returns 1.

There's probably a better way, but this works

=--ISERROR(SUM(A1:C10))
