Checking two lists for duplicates

I have two email lists. First as a single column list of emails, and I created the second one as Name (column A) and email (column B). These are as separate files or sheets. How I can check for duplicate emails between two lists? I want to delete the row in the second list, if the email exists in the first list.

Thanks :)

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Can you post some samples (test data rather than proper email addresses).
It should be straight forward enough, but some samples would just make life easier.

Use a vlookup formula in Column C in the Second list and it would give you all the identical email id's in First list. Then filter the list with available email id's and delete them to get unique email id's not existing in First list.
