Office Version

Platform
  1. Windows
Code:
    s2.Range("A" & rng2).Resize(1, cols) = c.Resize(1, cols).Value

so instead of just pasting the 'value' I would like the following 'format'

Code:
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValuesAndNumberFormats, Operation:= _
        xlNone, SkipBlanks:=False, Transpose:=False

how can the first code be change please?

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Try this:

Code:
c.Resize(1, cols).Copy
s2.Range("A" & rng2).PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValuesAndNumberFormats
