Chnaging Font and Size of Tick Box / List Box

When you insert a Tick Box or List Box, the font size can not be changed. Is there a way to make the font size larger?

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.

Not without changing to the ActiveX versions of those, which I wouldn't recommend; ActiveX controls on worksheets are problematic.
