Choose a filter value.

Good morning.

I have perhaps easy question.
How can I unmark or mark (choose) values in filter of a column using only keyboard?
I only know how to display the filter of a column (ALt + arrow DOWN) in the head of column.

Use down arrow to move to select item then use space bar to place in ticks or remove them
