Choose axis based on slicer choice

I have a slicer with options to choose the year, country(s) and Data point(s). I would like to plot a chart for inflation vs GDP for UK and USA for Year 2020. How can I achieve this?My problem is when I choose two data points, they are both added to the same chart.
