Choose from fixed data in a cell

Hi folks,

I need to do a dropdown list in a specific cell with at least two values/strings to choose from.

For example:
The user can only choose between Yes or No in one cell.

Any suggestions guys?

Use a comma instead of a semi-colon in some versions of Excel.
