Circular references

I have a data in columns A to K and rows 1 to 202.
The worksheet is saved. Now when I open the worksheet
a display appears:

"There are one or more circular references where a formula
refers to its own cell either directly or indirectly.
This might cause them to calculate incorrectly.
Try removing or changing these references or moving the
formulas to different cells"

How do I find where circular references occur in this worksheet?

Thanking you,

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
It is normally indicated in the lower left corner of your sheet
