Cleaning downloaded data

Hello,
in my spreadsheet I have some downloaded data but it has a lot of blank spaces and gaps, that make it impossible to work with. I've tried TRIM formula but it is not working.
Anybody has an idea what to do with this one? It's too big to do it manually.

If TRIM is not working maybe you should try CLEAN - it should remove first 32 nonprinting characters in ASCII.
