Clear contents of cell but not the named reference

Excel 2007:

I would like to clear a range of cells, but not the named reference. If I use "Delete" on the range it deletes the named reference. If I use "ClearContents", it removes the value but not the formula. Help!

Last I checked, ClearContents most definately does remove formulas..

Uhm....yeah, you're right. I was looking at the wrong worksheet. (Gasp!)
