Clear Phone/Fax numbers for column

I have a list of staff and suppliers in column F the problem is that for most the phone number and email is in the same cell, I want to clear all the phone numbers, Fax number or numbers, But NOT the numbers in the email. Phone/fax numbers vary is lenght. Im sure it can be done with vba but can not work it out
