Is there a way to set up a query that will clear a table. I know I can
make a query the "makes" a table and if the table already exsist then it
deletes all the data in it. However, this also deletes the formats of the
table, such as "Index: NO, no duplicates". Is there a way to get around this?

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
What are you doing that gets rid of the 'formats'?

Why not just copy the table then paste only the structure?

Or use a DELETE query.

The delete query works like a charm... that was too easy...
Thanks for pointing out the obvious.

Thanks,
