Hi,

I know how to set up a command button (the easy bit) my problem is:

I have a row of cells which have information inside them, all of which I would like the formatting to remain the same and in one instance the numbers to reset to 0%.

So basically I want to clear cells A1, B1, C1, D1, E1 (to litteraly be blank) and have cells F1, G1, H1 to reset to 0% from what ever value was in them previously. The only problem may, or may no be, is that cells C1 and D1 are filled with Yes or No depending on the answer from a drop box.

Any help would be appreciated

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Hi Steve,

thanks for that - fantastic for clearing the cells so works in the first part, however with the cells which I wish to return to value 0% it completely clears the cells rather than returns them to 0%.......any ideas?
