Hi,

Would anyone please be able to advise me if it is possible to clear historic and redundant values from a PivotTable drop down selection list?

I have several PivotTables where the drop down selection lists for some of the rows contain redundant values and these values are no longer in the source data for the PivotTable but are still stored in the lists.

I have tried removing the field from the PivotTable, refreshing the source data then the PivotTable and putting the field back in the PivotTable but the redundant values persist?

They must be getting stored in some type of cache somewhere that I am not clearing?

Any help most appreciated.
