Clock Not Updating

I have a userform clock which uses a timer to update.

Please Note: The clock is a floating clock but LOCKS to the screen wether you are in excel or the internet or wherever.

The problem I am having is that the clock is not updating if I lock it to the screen, can someone please help with this, the following link is for a copy of my dummy workbook.

You may have to copy and paste it into the browser rather than just click on the link.

ALSO: Once I can get the clock side of it to update I will be adding other procedures so it will not just be a clock, but once someone helps me with getting it to update I can work with the rest, just in case someone says "but it is just a clock, there are plenty of apps for that"

Thanks

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Just a note, when the workbook opens you click on the clock image and then the userform pops up.
