I want to close the workbook and the application without saving any changes.
I tried this macro, but it does not close the application.

Sub DontSave()
'
' DontSave Macro
'

'close workbook don't save
ThisWorkbook.Close savechanges = False
'close workbook
Application.Close
End Sub

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
All the macros I see close the workbook, but not the application.
Somehow, I must bypass the close workbook because it turns off the macro

If you want to close the Application, try:
VBA Code:
Application.Quit
