Hi...I have several excel applications and I'd like to create a new one just for like a main menu. I can open the target workbook without issue...I have a button in the target the save and close, after closing the target application it then asks to save the main menu application, if you click either save or dont save it closes everything, if you click on cancel it closes nothing. I hope this makes sencse. All i want to do is close and save the target, and keep the main menu applcation open...no need to save the main menu either, its just a place to hold buttons to the other applications.

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

can you post the procedure that opens new workbooks?
Also the code that is closing the second workbook.
If you are using Application.Quit to close the second workbook it will try to close all.
And which version of Excel are you using?
