Close SAP export file

Hi,

I need help. I have a vba script to run 4 SAP report and downloading the files to my c drive. But after running vba script, 4 excel downloaded files opens up and there is no way I can close it. Is there anyway to stop excel from opening the export file? Or auto closes the 4 export files without closing the rest of my other workbook.
