clustered bar chart color

Hello, everyone,
I have a clustered bar chart with 24 month data. For the first 12 months, I want to show the bar color as red, for the 13-24 months, I want to show the bar color as blue.
I am using Excel 2007 version. No matter how I tried, there is only color applied to all the 24 months.
Any ideas?

I dont really know how to 12 at once but if you double click ontop of one of the data bars you can then click format selection and do 1 at a time,

I know this is not ideal but it will get you where you want to be
