Code for built-in forms

This may be a dumb question, but when I am in Excel and go up to the toolbar to Data / Form and get a pop-up window based on the information in my spread sheet, where do I find the code for that built-in fuction of Excel. I am trying to create my own UserForm to imitate what that pop-up window does, but I need more than 32 fields ( which is the maximum for a Data/Form). It would be good for me to study the code and answer some of the burning questions in my tired little mind.

Thank you,
marley
