Hi - I have the following code which works as intended to copy the active sheet in a workbook to a new temp workbook which will be attached to an outlook email as an attachment and to copy data from the "Form_data" sheet and paste it into the body of the email that will go out.

When I tweak to code to copy a non active sheet using I get an Run-Time error '1004": Copy method of worksheet class failed.

Here is the code that works. The only piece I changed is ActiveSheet.copy ---> Sheets("Form_Data").copy on line 35.

Any help on how to get it to copy the specified sheet? Thanks

VBA Code:
'copy to email in outlook and display send window
    Dim rng As Range
    Dim FileExtStr As String
    Dim FileFormatNum As Long
    Dim Sourcewb As Workbook
    Dim Destwb As Workbook
    Dim TempFilePath As String
    Dim TempFileName As String

    Dim OutApp As Object
    Dim OutMail As Object

    Set rng = Nothing
    On Error Resume Next
    'Only the visible cells in the selection
    Set rng = Sheets("Form_Data").Range("a1:b32").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible)
    'You can also use a fixed range if you want
    'Set rng = Sheets("YourSheet").Range("D4:D12").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible)
    On Error GoTo 0

    If rng Is Nothing Then
        MsgBox "The selection is not a range or the sheet is protected" & _
               vbNewLine & "please correct and try again.", vbOKOnly
        Exit Sub
    End If

    With Application
        .EnableEvents = False
        .ScreenUpdating = False
    End With

Set Sourcewb = ActiveWorkbook
    'Copy the ActiveSheet to a new workbook
    ActiveSheet.Copy

    'Determine the Excel version and file extension/format

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
My guess is Sheets("Form_Data") is not in the Active workbook. If you had multiple workbooks opened when you tested, it's easy to have the wrong workbook Active at that time.
