Code merge data of multiple sheets in one sheet

hello

i need help to find code merge data from 3 sheets in one sheet
i have 3 sheets every sheet contains data in table with headers begins from b4: h10 i would code to merge data from theses sheets to sheet4 also when happens every change automatically changes in sheet4 i tried recording macro but it doesn't well work and no practically
note: the table is listobject in vba not normal table

This is a perfect case for Power Query/Get and Transpose. Look at the links in my signature block for further understanding how this works.

Because you are asking for it to update with every change, I have difficulty with providing any kind of code. With PQ, you only have to select the Refresh button on the Ribbon to update the output. I will pass on this as it is beyond my VBA skills. If however, you decide that PQ is a way, I am willing to provide help.
