Code not working after i upgraded from Office 2010 to 2016?

I just updated my MS Office from 2010 to 2016. All has gone fine however on one file where I have code to calculate distance between two points it has seemed to stop working. Anyone got any ideas here?

any missing VBA references

have you declared all your references "Option Explicit"

Where abouts would I do that?

Looking from 2010
At very top of the code module you add Option Explicit that when compiled ensures that the VBA has all the references it need (avoids mis spelling, undeclared variables etc)
in the VBA window Tools > References if anything that is required isn't there it will declare Missing
