Column "A" has the Object name, Column "B" is Index #,Column "C" is Index2,Column "D" is STs and Column "E" is level.

Look at A2 & B2, looking at column C for Index # copy the values in columns D & E and place in columns I & J The value in A2 will fill down in column H the rows will be variable length.

Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
The value in A2 will fill down in column H the rows will be variable length.

What does this mean? Can you show an example oit the expected results?
