code to copy content to adjacent cells based on a cell value

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a code in certain columns which copies a text to adjacent cells based on a cell value.

For Example: If cell J8 equals "text" then F8, G8, H8, I8 should also be "text". The macro should check for "text" in columns J, O, T and Y.

Any help is appreciated.
