code to hide and unhide rows

on a tab I have named "Step 2B" is there a way to hide from row 20 to 120?

I have a button on the tab, what I want to do is when the user runs the macro if the rows are not hidden then hide them, if they are hidden then unhide them. They are all set to a height of 15

This should work if you were looping

Sub hideOrUnhide()
    Dim rng As Range, c As Range
    Set rng = Range("A20:A120")

    For Each c In rng.Cells
        If c.EntireRow.Hidden = True Then
            c.EntireRow.Hidden = False
        ElseIf c.EntireRow.Hidden = False Then
            c.EntireRow.Hidden = True
        End If
    Next c
End Sub
