Is the value in B13 in EstimatingSheet.xls and are both instances of EstimatingSheet.xls you mention the same file?

The value in B13 will be different each time.
It is the name of the company
Like: JOhnsonCOmpany.xls
or FRN.xls etc.

How about
Code:
Sub test()
Dim wb As Workbook, myDir As String
myDir = "c:\somewhere" '<- change here
Set wb = Workbooks.Open(myDir & "\EstimatingSheet.xls")
wb.SaveAs myDir & "\" & ThisWorkbook.Sheets(1).Range("b13").Text & ".xls"
wb.Close False
Set wb = Workbooks.Open(myDir & "\EstimatingSheet.xls")
End Sub
