Code To Refresh A Database

Hi Folks,

I have an Access Database which contains variousinformation. I also have an excel worksheet.

I would like to know if there is a code that will allow me to do the following:

I would like the Excel spreedsheet to go into the Access database and extract certain information copying it into the excel sheet.
I would also like it to do this (refresh) at regular intervals throughtout the day.

Can this be done and if so i would really appreciate some help with the code.

In Excel Help search for "external data" (no quotes) and read the topic "Ways to retrieve data from an external database" and it's subtopic "Using Microsoft Query".
