Code to send an email from Lotus Notes

Hi,

I have a macro in excel, when it finishes running (takes about 20 minutes) I would like it to send an email automaticly from Lotus Notes to a couple of different email addresses just with "Complete - current date" as the subject and with no body. Can someone provide me with simple code to do this???

My VB knowledge is very very basic
