Collapsible Notes Database

Hi,

I need to make some kind of database with notes.

I've made a photo that will explain better.

Photo example:

I need just a "text" notes program.
The only macros will be the add/delete, the background color for the checked note .....and search field (last on my list).

Please help me with advices and directions. But for a beginner please

Try pressing Shift-F2 in a text box control?
