Hi

I had previously posted a problem I had with Collo's addin.

I seem to get 99% thru the process, but when I went to paste into the message box there was no "paste" option available.

It sort of indicated that nothing had been coied into the clipboard.

Paddy suggested that he was aware of similar probs using excel 2000 and IE 5.00.XXX.

This is my configuration.

Anyhow if it helps anyone with a similar problem try this workaround

Instead of pasting direct to the message box open a word doc and paste into it. (Doing this actually pasted the text)

Copy the text from the word doc, then it will paste into the message box.

Don't know why, but it works and feels good.

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Hello Kade

I had the exact same problem about pasting up to the board...(I am running Win98 o/s with Office XP-excel 2002. I placed on the Colo message board the issue and Mr Colo said that he would be looking into it..you can monitor Colo message board status by clicking "Colo's cool utility for displaying your Excel Worksheet on the board" then scrolling to the bottom to find the entry to the message board....

In the meanwhile, the suggestions about and interim transfer (Either in word or view browser) is a workaround for the moment....

I hope this helps.

Postscript to Colo's cool utility. In case it helps someone else.

I was recently forced to upgrade from IE 5.0.xxx to IE 5.5 to enable an accounting package to function. I wondered if that would solve my paste problem with Colo's utility.

Yep, you guessed it, worked like a dream. So my problem with the utility not pasting direct into the message box related just to IE5.0.
