This is the formula in cell G1.
I would like to add one more condition, if these conditions are met I would like to color the cell gray.
Can this be done?
I want to be able to copy it down the column.

=IF(OR(G1="aro",G1="aru",G1="ov",G1="und",G1="pao",G1="pau",G1="aco",G1="acu"),W1+X1,"")

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.

OOH OOH OOH!! I got it, I got it!

I use what you are looking for (I think). I used conditional formating to get the desired results.

Example: In cell A1 I have a formula that returns a number. If the number is 4.5 or greater it colors it green and if it is lower it colors it red.

To complete this select the cell(s) or range. Open the format menu and select Conditional Formatting...

You will get a pop up window.
1st drop down select "Cell Value Is"
2nd drop down select "greater than or equal to"
3rd entry I entered 4.5
Then click format and set your conditions if it is met so in my case I just selected green for the formatting.

Your second condition would be the results if it were below your desired results. So in my case if it is less than 4.5 color red.

It is really easy to use and once you have it open and play around with it a bit you will have it down.

Hope this helps.
