Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
I think not, but you can place pictures in the headers and footers. So you could create a small graphic with the colors you want and place that instead.

when you do a page footer, use the custom footer option and in the font section you can select the color.
