I would like to color the background of a sheet blue and have it print blank (white). Some fonts would be red and would need to be printed in red but I don't want the background color to print. Is this possible?

You could record a macro setting your used range to no interior color-->Print-->then reset the interior color.

Drawing from the post above you might try this macro.

ActiveSheet.UsedRange.Interior.ColorIndex = 2

ActiveSheet.UsedRange.Interior.ColorIndex = 5

ColorIndex #5 is blue. Not sure if this is the blue you were talking about. You can change the color index from the colors available below.
