colo's cool utility not being cool

Has anyone had the problem where your excel sheet is generated in html but when you click the button that is supposed to send it to clipboard nothing gets sent there??? Is this just me or has this happened before?

I've had this happen once. The problem was not that the add-in wasn't working but that the browser was knackered. (Can't remember which version but it was IE). The browser being knackered was evidenced elsewhere by various 'Page contains an error - do you want to debug' & various Java script errors coming up on other pages. Do you have any other symptoms of a bust browser or is it just this that's not working?

There were network probs at the time, maybe i'll download it agai nand see how that goes....

But how can you say that about Colo's utility ?
Do you know how much effort we put into that program to make it work the way it does?If you have a problem ,email us directly and we will tell you where you are going wrong.It might be that you are selecting less than 30 rows and certain amount of columns.It will give you an error message if you do it wrong.
