Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
do you need VBA , or will conditional formatting work ?
select
e16:AJ16
then apply conditional formatting - formula
E16="certain word"
format blue

for 2007, 2010 , 2013 , 2016 , 2019 or 365 Subscription excel version
Conditional Formatting

Highlight applicable range >>

e16:AJ16

Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting
New Rule >> Use a formula to determine which cells to format
Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true:
=E16="certain word"
Format [Number, Font, Border, Fill]
choose the format you would like to apply when the condition is true
OK >> OK

i do not provide VBA , so if really need VBA , other members should help
