I recently used the following formula in conditional formatting to highlight a complete row if the cells in column AF were not blank:
=NOT(ISBLANK(AF18))
HOWEVER, i need a new formula to highlight columns A, B and C ONLY depending on the text input in column C (1 of 4 choices: NE, EE, SE or CE.

I would like columns A, B and C to highlight (for example):
Green if column C states NE
Blue if column C states EE
Yellow if column C states SE
Red if column C states CE
The conditional formatting would apply to A2:C500.

A | B | C | D | |
1 | Project Name | Country | Sub Region | Project Manager |
2 | Alpha | UK | NE | Homer Simpson |
3 | Bravo | Russia | EE | Snoop Dogg |
4 | Charlie | Italy | SE | Brad Pitt |
5 | Delta | France | CE | Viktor Reznov |
