Column Chart w/ multiple Y axes OR with broken scale

I have a chart with 8 columns (4 categories broken down into current month and prior month).

2 categories will always have values ranging from 0-5. The other 2 categories will have values ranging from 60-200.

I need to keep the data in one chart.

Is it possible to either have 2 Y axes or to break up the single Y axis to better portray the information?
