I want to create a column chart with the following data:
prices of 4 different speakers and their change in different months.
Is it possible to have the y-axis showing the prices
and the x-axis showing the time in months and at each timemark (for each month)
4 columns, in different colors, next to each other but without space between them (representing the 4 speakers).
Thanks,
Schnet

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
As long as the data are appropriately organized, yes, you can create the kind of chart you want.

Put the dates in column A and the prices in columns B, C, etc. Row 1 (i.e., B1, C1, etc., will have the speaker names).

Now, select any cell in the range and create a clustered column chart. Ensure XL uses the 'Data in columns' option (step 2 of the wizard).

You may be better off using the macro recorder while creating the desired chart. Then, clean up the macro and use it as needed to create the custom chart.

Is it maybe possible to import additional chart types?
