Column Chart with Line value

I have Field: Date on X-AxisOn Y Axis i have Count of ItemsOn the line going across columns I want it to portray count of 1 of 4 possible items. When i use that as a filter

Page Level filter or Report Level filter (tried both) ​

- the Count of items goes down to the count of 1/2/3/4, I want Count of Items to be a constant.
I want the column value to be a constant column and the line value to fluctuate depending on the option i choose.
