Hello Excel wizards,
Quick and easy question: How do I change the column reference style from alphabetical to numerical? E.G. Instead of a1,b2, changing it to r1c1 , r1c2?

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
