Is there a way to code the insert of a column infront of a cell that has the "Max" value for a range of cells?

Example if MAX(CB5:EH5) results in cell EH5 having the largest value in it to insert a column infront of column EH.

Thanks!

And a happy thanksgiving to you and yours!
