I've created countless pivots in Excel, but I've never had this happen before. I've highlighted a set of columns in a worksheet, went to "Insert" and selected "PivotTable". Please note that all of these columns have headers and are side by side. In the pivot, I moved one column to the Rows quadrant, and another (Transaction Number) to the Values quadrant. In the Columns quadrant, I've placed the columns labeled "Within SLA", "3 Days", "4 Days" and "Exceeds 4 Days". At this point, the pivot table would normally display "Within SLA", "3 Days", "4 Days" and "Exceeds 4 Days" as the headers/ Column Labels within the top right quadrant of the pivot, but it is instead either showing a "1" or "Total" as each Column Label instead the Header. How do I get it to correctly show the headers as the Column Labels?

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
I've resolved this issue; I've moved the columns to a different quadrant and selected "Show the Values row" and "Classic PivotTable layout..." under Pivot Table Options.
