Column reference labels

When I opened this work sheet it changed my column references to numbers and converted the formulas to R[-3] type.

How do I get it back to default letters????

Tools > Options > General tab > uncheck R1C1 reference style.

I am using 2007 so I don't have the old format that was so easy to use

Click the Office button (top left), click Excel Options, click Formulas, uncheck R1C1reference style, click OK.
