Column total <> ave and ignore

Hello, Frank here, some of you geniuses have kindly helped me out before. Can you do it again? For simplicity purposes I have made a mock-up:

Can anyone please give me the formulae for the following:

Column numbers and contents are shown below

B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Some columns are empty; I need to create a cumulative total of only filled Columns which have contents below >70 and by how much, divided by only

70 59 70 67 74 62 the number of columns involved. IE: Only 3 columns are shown as >70 the total variance being 19 divided by 3 =6.333 average.
