I have two columns of names. They refer to the same person, just in different order. IE Column A shows FirstName, LastName
Column B shows LastName, FirstName

What formula or function can I use to make Column A the same as Column B? (There is other data that goes with the names so I cant just copy, paste)...It seems as though I need a higher level "Find & Replace".

Excel Facts

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Try this formula where in this example the lookup cell is in A3

Code:
=RIGHT(A3,LEN(A3)-FIND(" ",A3,1))&", "&(IF(ISERROR(FIND(" ",A3,1)),LEFT(A3,FIND(" ",A3,1)-1),LEFT(A3,FIND(" ",A3,1))))

You could also try this one:
Code:
=MID(A3&" "&A3, FIND(" ",A3)+1,LEN(A3))
