Dear I am doing some sort of experimental design problem. I going to give breife overview here.
I have a process of 14 parameters which can affect final product. let they are a, b, c ......., I have to make combination of five parameters, such that probability of selection of one parameter is only two i.e I can select parameter "a" two times e.g I have combination "aabcd"; combinations like "aaabc" or "abbbc" are not allowed.
Now each parameter has some probability of occurance lets suppose 1,2,3,4,5 etc assigned against it. Secondaly each parameter has a level of severity similar to above i.e 1,2,3,4,5....
What I want is when I give a list of 14 parameters in A1 to A14, their probability in B1 to B14, and severity in C1 to C14, excel should make all possible combinations of 14 parameters and each set should be of 5 parameters along with their probability and severity.
I have excel 2007. Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
